I hear this from hypnotists all the time - they have bleeding hearts and want to help people, but they don't like "selling" or "marketing". In quotes here because I don't know that all hypnotists understand really what selling or marketing means.
Marketing is when you help someone become aware of your services.
Selling is when you make them an offer to work with you to get their desired results.
The #1 most important thing to keep in mind is that you are offering clients results. Not features. Not products. Results.
Like I say in the video "the message has to come from your heart, and a place of wanting to help others".
When you do that - you're not marketing or selling - you're serving.
The underlying message of this episode, is that in order to help people - you need you get them into your office and sign up with you for hypnosis sessions. To do that well, there's one thing to keep in mind - be of service to your clients. It is always for your clients. All of it. Always keep their best interest at heart. Do the hard work, do something that maybe you feel is uncomfortable - and keep in mind that there is probably someone out there right now just WAITING for you to make them an offer that they can believe in so they can get the help they need.
I hope to see you in the classroom soon - the world needs more great hypnotists!
With love,
Erika
