We do not offer refunds for digital products, including but not limited to e-books, courses, and digital downloads. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

All payments toward certification courses are non-refundable. 100% of the payment can be put toward a different course date with a $400 transfer fee. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on hypnosis certification courses. If you are not 100% satisfied by lunch on the first day, return all your materials for a refund, minus a $700 non-refundable deposit. You must attend the first day of class to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds are offered on services or deposits for services. Services can be rescheduled within 20 business days without any charge or change fee.
Returns and Exchanges
- Defective CDs/DVDs - Mechanically defective CDs & DVDs may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for return shipping costs.
