This technique is great for anyone to use daily, and for Hypnotists to teach to their clients!

This is a wonderful hypnosis technique that I’ve been using and teaching for years! It’s one of the most successful bite-sized exercises to help people find peace and re-center at any time throughout the day. Here’s how to do it!

How to get the most out of this technique:

  1. Make a note of how you’re feeling on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being your optimal state of relaxed and focused. (hint : notice how you’re feeling)

  2. Get into a comfortable position.

  3. You can watch, or just listen to the recording. Listen every day for best results.

  4. After the video finishes, once again make note of where you are using the same 1-10 scale you did for step one. (hint : notice again, you’re teaching yourself as you pay closer attention to these states.)

It's common to increase your state by 2 or more points in the span of 3 minutes.

This technique uses peripheral vision and deep breathing to naturally engage the parasympathetic response system of the body to slow down your heart rate, bring you mental clarity, and help you feel better in a very short amount of time.

The more you use it, the better the results as your brain becomes conditioned to the technique, and you become more sensitive to noticing the changes. As your sensitivity increases, you’ll be able to enter a hypnotic state more easily, and on purpose.

Do it 5 times a day for best results, and notice how much better you feel after a week. Use it anytime you want to feel better, feel brain fog, or feel tired.

Watch the video above to experience it now!
