With the arrival of sunnier days, I've had the opportunity to get outside and enjoy more nature. Here in the Pacific Northwest we have an abundance of green and flourishing forests that are SO grounding and healing.

I found myself practicing the Alpha Sequence in the woods with such profound stillness, that I wanted to share the feeling with you. If it's possible for you, I highly recommend practicing the Alpha Sequence in Nature. It can be in the woods, a park, even your own back yard.

But for those times you can't get outside, enjoy this 5 Minute Alpha Sequence video with lots of forest footage to give you some of that extra grounding power. The Alpha Sequence is so powerful in it's ability to give you the reset you need no matter where you are. Don't forget to practice every day!
