So here's how the technique works.
What I'd like you to do is select a color that for you, represents peace, tranquility, calm. Everything that you do want, just imagine what that color is.
Now for me, it's usually like that super, super, super light blue color, but I'm feeling really purpley today, so I think it's gonna be a light, light, purple color today.
And now what I'd like you to do is imagine a color that represents everything you no longer want. This stuff is neither good nor bad.
It's just not for you In this moment, it's like carbon monoxide.
After we are done with it, the trees and plants can use it. Not so useful to us, so we just exhale it out.
No hard feelings to the carbon monoxide. Just like no hard feelings to anything that you are exhaling, that you perceive you no longer need.
Just assign a color to it and the color helps us.
The color represents certain things that our subconscious understands.
So in a moment, what I'm gonna ask you to do is I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes, and I'll ask you to imagine breathing in that color of everything that you do want, and I want you to imagine that it permeates every muscle, nerve, and cell in your body.
And then you're going to exhale everything you no longer need.
Just like that carbon monoxide.
We're gonna do that two times in a row, and I think you'll be surprised how much better you feel, even if you feel great right now, just in these couple seconds of focused attention.
All right, so go ahead and close your eyes.
And when you're ready, taking a nice deep breath of that color of everything you want.
Imagine that color permeates every muscle, nerve and cell in your body, swirling around, energizing, livening up every part of you feeling safe and secure.
Now exhaling everything you no longer need, symbiotic relationship.
And when you're ready for another nice and deep breath, take it in of that color, peace, tranquility, calm, stabilizing that confidence deep down inside of you.
And now once again, exhaling everything you no longer need.
Very good feeling, safe and calm, tranquil, opening your eyes.
Very good job. It does not take very long to feel better, does it?
Good job.
So that's called the Two Breath Hypnosis Technique.
So if you don't yet have a default response, let that be it.
The next time you notice stress in your body, just take a moment.
Doesn't matter what it is.
Breathe that color in, and exhale, breathe that color in and exhale.
It gives you the pause, the pause, the very, very, very powerful pause to have a thoughtful response.

That alone will serve you all.
