This week, I had a client share that she’s lost 14 pounds in a month.

 

Not with willpower. Not by dieting. But by simply eating when she’s truly hungry.

When she began, she estimated that only 50% of her eating came from real hunger. Now? She’s at 90%.

She’s eating about 30% of what she used to, and the best part:

“I’m not struggling anymore. I eat when I’m hungry. When I’m not, I do something else I enjoy.”

Instead of food, she reaches for fulfillment -organizing, reading, walking her dogs.

Instead, she's spending time creating quilts, and painting. Diving back into her poetry, and spending more time outside in the sun.
